RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 21 of the law of the Russian Federation "on the status of judges in the Russian Federation" adopted by the State Duma May 31, 2000 year approved by the Federation Council June 7, 2000 year Article 1. Paragraph 3 of article 21 of the law of the Russian Federation from June 26, 1992 N 3132-(I) on the status of judges in the Russian Federation "(records of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 30, art. 1792; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 26, art. 2399) worded as follows: "3. The judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, including being retired, certificates shall be signed by the President of the Russian Federation and the President of the Russian Federation or on his behalf by the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the President of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.
Judges of the Federal District arbitration courts of arbitration courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including being retired, certificates shall be signed by the President of the Russian Federation and the President of the Russian Federation or on behalf of the Presidents of the tribunals.
Judges of the federal courts of general jurisdiction, including being retired, certificates shall be signed by the President of the Russian Federation and the President of the Russian Federation or on his behalf by the Chairmen of its respective District (Naval) military courts-judges of the military courts, the Presidents of the Supreme courts of the republics, regional (oblast) courts, cities with federal status, Court of the autonomous region, autonomous districts courts-judges of federal courts of general jurisdiction in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The judges of the constitutional (statutory) courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, justices of the peace, including being retired, signed and issued in the manner prescribed by laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
