RUSSIAN FEDERATION federal law on amendments to article 4 of the law of the Russian Federation "on mass media" in connection with the adoption of the Federal law on Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic substances adopted by the State Duma May 24, 2000 year approved by the Federation Council June 7, 2000 year Article 1. Supplement article 4 of the law of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 1991 the year 2124 N-I "on the media" (records of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 7, art. 300; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 30, art. 2870) part 3 as follows: "Prohibited dissemination in the mass media, as well as information about how computer networks, methods development, manufacturing and use, places of purchase of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, propaganda of any advantages for the use of certain narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors, except for the advertisement of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances made in tables II and III in accordance with the Federal law on Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic substances in the media designed for medical and pharmaceutical workers, as well as the dissemination of information, the spread of which is prohibited by federal laws ".
Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and to entrust the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
