RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments to the Russian Federation's Law "On transplantation of organs and (or) human tissue" Adopted by the State Duma on 24 May 2000 Approved by the Federation Council on 7 June 2000 Article 1. Russian Federation Act of 22 December 1992 No. 4180-I "On transplantation of organs and (or) human tissues" (Bulletin of the Congress of People's OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 62) the following additions: 1. The paragraph of the second preamble should be supplemented by the words ", in this respect, the interests of the individual must prevail over the interests of society or science". 2. In article 11: add a new part of the first content: " The removal of organs and/or tissues from a living donor for transplant can only be carried out for the benefit of the recipient's health and in the absence of the recipient suitable for transplantation of organs and (or) tissue of a corpse or an alternative method of treatment, the effectiveness of which is comparable with the effectiveness of organ transplantation and (or) tissue. "; parts one and two, respectively, to be considered as parts Second and third. " To invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 3.
