RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW About subsoil areas that can be granted under the product section (Komsomol oil and gas condensate field) (...) (...) (...) The Komsomol oil and gas condensate field located on the territory of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area is to be brought to the objects the right of use of which can be granted under the terms of the production section. Article 2. The object referred to in article 1 of this Federal Law refers to the list of subsoil areas, including mineral deposits, for which the Federal Law has been effective since the date of entry into force of this Federal Act. Negotiations can be conducted and agreements on prospecting, exploration and production of mineral commodities under the terms of the product may be negotiated. Article 3.
