RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the establishment of the Volcharny District Court Kostroma oblast State Duma 6 December 2000 Approved by the Federation Council 20 Dec 2000 year Article 1. In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Judicial System of the Russian Federation: 1. Create the Volcharchny District Court of Kostroma Oblast. 2. To establish that the jurisdiction of the newly established district court extends to the territory of the town of Volgorensk in the Kostroma Region, within the boundaries existing at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law. 3. The Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within a period of three months, will take measures on organizational and logistical support, as well as the staffing of the Volgorechny District Court of Kostroma Oblast. 4. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure the activities of the newly established Volgorchensky District Court of Kostroma Oblast from the federal budget, within the limits of funds allocated for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, which shall be enacted after three months from the date of entry into force. of this Federal Law.
