RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to article 33 of the Federal law "on social protection of invalids in the Russian Federation" adopted by the State Duma on December 4, 1998 year, Article 1. Article 33 of the Federal law "on social protection of invalids in the Russian Federation" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 48, art. 4563) the following amendments and supplements: part one shall be reworded as follows: "public associations are created and operate in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities, ensuring their equal opportunities with other citizens, is a form of social security disability. The State provides specified public associations support and assistance, including material, technical and financial. ";
to complement the new part 2 as follows: "public organizations of persons with disabilities recognizes the organization created by persons with disabilities and persons representing their interests, in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities, ensuring their equal opportunities with other citizens meet the challenges of social integration of the disabled, which disabled persons and their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, guardian or trustee) account for at least 80 percent, as well as unions (associations) of the organizations.";
parts two and three, respectively, considered the third and fourth parts.
Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
