Expired-the Federal law from 22/08/2004, no. 122-FZ (January 1, 2005 onwards), the Russian Federation, the FEDERAL LAW on changes in the legislative acts of the Russian Federation on closed administrative-territorial formations adopted by the State Duma March 17, 1999 the year approved by the Federation Council March 31, 1999 year Article 1. To amend article 5 of the law of the Russian Federation "about the closed administrative-territorial entity" (Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 33, art. 1915; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, no. 49, St. 5503; 1998, N 31, art. 3822): paragraph three of paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows: "additional benefits on taxes and fees provided by the relevant local authorities organizations registered as taxpayers in tax authorities closed administrative-territorial formations in accordance with this law. Entitlement to these benefits have organizations with at least 90 percent of the fixed assets and carrying out at least 70 percent of its activities in the territories of the respective closed administrative-territorial formations (including not less than 70 per cent of the average number of employees of such organizations must be persons who reside permanently in the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation, and not less than 70 per cent of the wage bill must be paid to employees residing permanently in the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation).
Article 2. Granted prior to the entry into force of this federal law, additional benefits on taxes and fees to organizations registered as taxpayers in tax authorities closed administrative-territorial formations, with the exception of benefits granted to the organizations referred to in the third paragraph of article 1 hereof, terminated from the date of entry into force of this federal law.
Article 3. From the date of entry into force of this federal law, article 2 of the Federal law dated July 31, 1998 N 144-FZ "about entry of changes and additions in the law of the Russian Federation" on closed administrative-territorial entity "(collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, N 31, art. 3822) recognize lapsed.
Article 4. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
