Article 8. Article 10. To establish that the rules of articles 4 to 7, 9 of this Federal Law are in force until the Federal Law on the Budget of the State Employment Fund of the Russian Federation for the year 2000 comes into force. Article 11. The Government of the Russian Federation approves that the list of payments to which the employment fund is not paid is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Article 12.
