Article 55 of the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1999" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1999, N 9, Art. 1093), the following modification and addition: in the seventh paragraph of the word "technical goods", replace the words "production and technical goods"; paragraph 8 after "goods of goods" consumption "supplement the words" and production and technical products ".
