OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 2954): 1. In article 136: , the first part of the first part of the first word "equality of citizens" shall be replaced by the words "equality of human and civil rights and freedoms"; , in the second part of the second word, replace the word "three" with the word "five". 2. The paragraph of Part Two of Article 280, paragraph 2, of the article "shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of three to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years."
