To amend paragraph "b" the second part of article 5 of the law of the Russian Federation on State pensions in the Russian Federation (RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, no. 27, art. 351; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 19, art. 1711), read as follows: "b) widows of soldiers killed in the war with Finland, the great patriotic war, war with Japan, has not entered into a new marriage. They can be installed in old-age pension (invalidity pension, seniority, social) and survivor's pension due to the deceased husband. ".
Article 2. The costs referred to in article 1 hereof shall be made from the sources through which relevant payments of pensions.
Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 4. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2000 year.
