RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION On State Pensions in the Russian Federation 17 June 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 25 June 1999 Article 1. Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Russian Federation Law on State Pensions in the Russian Federation People's deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, art. 351; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 19, art. 1711), restating it in the following wording: " b) the widows of soldiers killed in the war with Finland, the Great Patriotic War, the war with Japan, which did not enter into a new marriage. They may be entitled to an old age pension (a disability pension, a seniority pension, a social pension) and a survivor's pension for the deceased husband. " Article 2. Financing the expenses provided for in article 1 of this Federal The law shall be made from sources for which pensions are paid. Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their regulatory legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 4.
