Illegal termination or limitation of the electrical energy to consumers filing or disabling them from other sources of income are committed by a public official, or a person who performs management functions in commercial or other organization if it could result in death or other serious consequences, shall be punishable by a fine of 200 to 500 times the minimum wage or the equivalent of the salary or other income of the convicted person for a period ranging from two to five months or restriction of liberty for up to three years or deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding two years.
2. The same acts resulting in reckless death of a person or other serious consequences, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to five years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
