Organizations, if it could cause death or other serious consequences, shall be liable to a fine of two hundred to five hundred times the minimum wage or the wages or other income of a convicted person. between two to five months, or restriction of liberty for a period of up to three years or deprivation of liberty for up to two years. 2. The same acts, which resulted in death or other serious consequences, are punishable by deprivation of liberty for a period of up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years or less.
