Article 193-1 shall be amended as follows: "t s t b I 193-1. Violation of the order and timing of information about minors, to be transferred to a family for rearing a violation of agency heads, in which there are children without parental care, officials of the federal body of executive power, which is to include the system information about juveniles to be transferred to a family for rearing in the State databank on children left without parental care, officials of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and bodies of local self-government established order and timing information about minors to be transferred to the care of a family (for adoption, under tutorship (guardianship) or fostering arrangement) or submission of deliberately false information, or any other acts aimed at concealing the transfer of minors in the care of a family, is punishable by a fine of from 50 to 100 times the minimum wage. "
2. Article 193-2 shall be amended as follows: "t s t b I 193-2. The illicit transfer of minors for adoption, under tutorship (guardianship) or in an adoptive family, the illicit transfer of minors for adoption, including mediation by adoption, as well as the illicit transfer of minors under tutorship (guardianship) or in a foster family-entail the imposition of a fine on nationals of from fifty to eighty minimum wages and officials at a rate of eighty to one hundred times the minimum wage. "
3. Article 202 "193-3" replace numerals "193-1-193-3".
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
