RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to article 66 of the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1998" Adopted by the State Duma on June 26 1998 Approved by the Federation Council on 9 July 1998 Article 1. To amend the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1998" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, No. 13, Art. 1464) the following changes and additions: to supplement Part 2 of Article 66 with the sixth paragraph: " 50% of funds coming to the federal budget in the form of fines for unearmarked use and penalties for the principal amount of the debt on loans allocated on a repayable basis from the special fund for loans to organizations of the agro-industrial complex on preferential terms, and 100% of the funds received by the federal budget as interest for the loans Use of these credits and penalties for late payment.
