Part 3 of Article 12 of the Federal Law "On weapons" (Assembly of Russian legislation, 1996, N 51, art. 5681) after the words "The main center of the special relationship of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation," to be supplemented by the words "Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation,".
