RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the land tax rates in 1998 adopted by the State Duma on 16 September 1998. Approved by the Federation Council on 14 October 1998 Article 1. Save until 1 January 1999 the size of the land tax rates for all categories of land established for 1997. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication. " To invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
