RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 7 of the Federal law "about veterans" adopted by the State Duma September 30, 1998 the year approved by the Federation Council October 14, 1998 year Article 1. Amendment to article 7 of the Federal law "about veterans" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 3, p. 168), describing it as follows: "article 7. Labor Veterans Veterans of labour are: 1) persons awarded orders or medals or honorary titles awarded by the USSR, RSFSR or the Russian Federation or awarded departmental insignia and having seniority required for old-age pension or seniority;
2) started his career in the minors in the period of the great patriotic war and having work experience not less than 40 years for men and 35 for women.
For persons referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, set the title "labour veteran".
The procedure and conditions for the attribution of the title "labour veteran" shall be determined by the President of the Russian Federation. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 1999 year.
Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation within three months to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
