RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to the Federal Law "On agricultural cooperation" Adopted by the State Duma on 12 February 1997 Article 1. Amend the Federal Law "On agricultural cooperation" (Assembly of Russian legislation, 1995, N 50, sect. 4870) the following changes and additions: 1. Paragraph 7 of article 1 should read as follows: " agricultural commodity producer-the natural or legal person engaged in the production of agricultural products, which is in value terms in value terms 50 per cent of the total output, including fishing (collective), production of agricultural (fish) products and the volume of water bioresources in which more than 70 per cent of the total value was produced volume of production; ". 2. Article 3, paragraph 3, after the words "production, processing and marketing of agricultural", should be supplemented by the word "(fish)". Article 2.
