Amend the Code of RSFSR on Administrative Offences (Vedomas of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1984, N 27, art. 909; 1988, N 12, est. 341; 1989, N 15, sect. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 97; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1997, No. 1603) the following changes and additions: 1. In article 114: , in part two of the word "0.5 to one", replace the words "0.2 to 0.5"; , in Part Three, replace the word "one" with the words "from 0.2 to 0.5"; in Part 4, replace "two" by "three"; , in part 5 of the word "one to three minimum sizes", replace "0.5 to one minimum size"; , in part 6 of the word "0.5 to one", replace "0.2 to 0.5". 2. In article 114-1, the word "officials" should be replaced by "vehicle owners and", the words "two to three" should be replaced by the words "five to seven" and the words "0.5 to two" be replaced by the words "two to three". 3. In article 115: , in the first word "0.5 to one", replace "0.2 to 0.5"; in Part Two, replace "one" by "0.5"; in part four of the word "one to three minimum sizes" In the words "one minimum size"; in the fifth word "two to three", replace the words "one to two"; to supplement the article with the following note: " Note. In case of violation of parking rules and suspension of vehicles, the use of locking devices, evacuation of vehicles, the removal of license plates, the use of other measures is prohibited. except for the measures provided for in this Code. ". 4. Article 118-1 shall be deleted. 5. In article 122: , in the second word "0.5 to one", replace "0.1 to 0.5"; in part four of the word "one to two minimum dimensions" should be replaced with the words "0.5 to one minimum size"; , Part 5 Replace "one to three minimum dimensions" with "0.5 to one minimum size". 6. In article 126 to 1, replace the word "five" with the word "three". 7. In article 131, replace the word "two" with the word "five", the words "two to three" with the words "five to ten". 8. In article 134, replace the words "two to four" with the words "five to ten". 9. Supplement the Code of Article 236-1 as follows: " C t I am 236-1. The copy of the Protocol Copy of the Protocol of Administrative Offences shall be immediately handed to the person who has committed the administrative offence and also to the victim upon request. " 10. In article 245: , in part one, replace "third and fourth" with the words "fourth, fifth and seventh"; , in Part 4, second and third words, replace "second, third and fourth" with "second, third and fourth". 11. In paragraph 3 of article 284, the words "part two of article 114, parts one and four of article 115" shall be replaced by the words "Parts Two and Three of Article 114, Parts One, Two and eight of Article 115".
