RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the subsistence level in the Russian Federation Adopted by the State Duma on 10 October 1997 Approved by the Federation Council on 15 October 1997 year (In the edition of federal laws of 27.05.2000) N 75-FZ; of 22.08.2004 N 122-FZ; of 24.07.2009 N 213-FZ; dated 30.11.2011) N 363-FZ; of 03.12.2012 N 233-FZ This Federal Law sets out the legal basis for determining the minimum subsistence level in the Russian Federation and its accounting for the establishment of State guarantees for citizens of the Russian Federation OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Article 1.
