Accede on behalf of the Russian Federation to the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Council of Europe of 2 September 1949 and the following Protocols thereto: Protocol of 6 November 1952, Second Protocol (Provisions concerning members European Commission on Human Rights) of 15 December 1956, Fourth Protocol (Provisions concerning the European Court of Human Rights) of 16 December 1961 and the Fifth Protocol of 18 June 1990.
