Expired-the Federal law dated 07.07.2003 N 109-FZ of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on raising the minimum pension, indexation and recalculation of State pensions in the Russian Federation May 1, 1996 year passed by the State Duma April 17, 1996 year approved by the Federation Council May 15, 1996 year, Article 1. Install with the year May 1, 1996 minimum pension for old age, with a total length of service equivalent to that giving entitlement to a full pension, amounting to 69 575 rubles per month. Increase all pensions, calculated in accordance with the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR", 1.1 times based on the size of the pensions paid for April 1996 year.
With the increase of pensions in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article, the compensation is calculated in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 2. When pensions or their recalculation after May 1, 1996 year earnings received before May 1, 1996 year, indexed using the coefficients established for the relevant periods, including the coefficient provided for in article 1 hereof; earnings received after May 1, 1996 year, counted without the use of coefficients. Pension while in 1.1 times is not increased, it is accrued compensation in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 3. Funding provided for in this federal law, shall be made from the sources through which relevant payments of pensions.
