Expired-federal law decision N 116-FZ of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION federal law on raising the minimum wage passed by the State Duma April 12, 1995 year approved by the Federation Council April 13, 1995 year Article 1. Install the minimum wage with a year in April 1, 1995 amount 34400 rubles per month, and since May 1, 1995 year 43700 rubles per month.
Article 2. Minimum wages set out in article 1 hereof are: enterprises, organizations and institutions financed from budgetary sources, at the expense of the respective budgets;
other enterprises, organizations and institutions at their own expense.
Article 3. Scholarships for students of educational institutions of higher professional education students of institutions of secondary education and initial vocational training, graduate students studying full-time in graduate school in educational institutions of higher vocational education and research institutions, relevant allowances and other social payments shall be established on the basis of certain article 1 the present Federal minimum wage law.
Article 4. Costs associated with payments provided for in article 3 of this federal law, shall be made at the expense of existing sources of funding.
Article 5. Void the law of the Russian Federation "on indexing the minimum wage" (records of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, no. 32, p. 1248) and the Federal law "about raising the minimum wage" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1994, N 10, art. 1107).
Article 6. Calculation of taxes, fees and other payments, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes depending on the minimum wage is based on the established by article 1 of this federal law, the minimum wage April 1, 1995 respectively and May 1, 1995 year.
Article 7. This federal law shall enter into force on April 1, 1995 year.
