RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the exclusive right to receive in the establishment secondary professional and higher vocational education of school leavers, Victims of the earthquake in the Okhinsky area of Sakhalin Oblast adopted by the State Duma on June 16, 1995 The purpose of this Federal Law is to ensure the exclusive right of citizens-school leavers.
