Expired-the Federal law dated 13.06.96 g. N 64-FZ (January 1, 1997 onwards), the Russian Federation, the FEDERAL law on amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of the RSFSR adopted by the State Duma on June 9, 1995 year, Article 1. To the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1960, no. 40, p. 591; 1972, no. 26, p. 662; 1973, N 16, art. 352; 1974, no. 29, art. 782; 1982, no. 49, St. 1821; 1984, N 5, art. 168; 1987, no. 30, art. 1087; 1988, N 14, art. 396; N 31, art. 1005; N 37, art. 1074; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 47, art. 2664; 1993, N 22, art. 789; N 32, St. 1231; Rossiyskaya Gazeta, September 9, 1993, no. 174; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1994, N 10, art. 1109) the following amendments and supplements: 1) supplemented by article 133-2 as follows: "article 133-2. Violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on assemblies, meetings, demonstrations, processions and picketing Hindering the organization or conduct of meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches, picket or other public event conducted in accordance with the law, or participate in them, as well as coercion to participate in them, following the imposition of an administrative penalty for the same violation, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or punitive deduction of earnings for up to one year , or to a fine not exceeding ten times the minimum wage.
The same Act involving violence, destruction of property or the threat of their implementation, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to three years or corrective labour for a term not exceeding two years, or a fine of up to fifteen times the minimum wage.
The actions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article committed by officials through abuse of their official position, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to five years or by corrective labour for a term not exceeding two years, or a fine of up to 25 times the minimum wage, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or practise certain activities for up to two years.
The actions referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 of this article, if they result in serious consequences, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding ten years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to five years. ";
2) article 200-1 shall be amended as follows: "article 200-1. Violation of the procedure of organizing and holding assemblies, meetings, demonstrations, processions and picketing of the violation of the order of organizing and holding assemblies, meetings, demonstrations, processions, pickets or other public events, as well as participate in them after the imposition of an administrative penalty for the same actions-shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or punitive deduction of earnings for up to one year or a fine of up to sixteen times the minimum wage.
Finding at a meeting, rally, demonstration, rally, picket or other public event with weapons, tools, and objects that can be used against life and health, as well as harming property, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or correctional labour for the same term, or a fine of up to twenty-five times the minimum wage.
The actions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article, if they result in serious consequences, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding ten years. ";
3) part II article 7-1, after the words "(art. 88, part two); Add the words "breaches of the law on assemblies, meetings, demonstrations, processions and picketing under aggravating circumstances (art. 133-2, part four)"; After the words "(article 191-2);" Add the words "violation of the procedure of organizing and holding assemblies, meetings, demonstrations, processions and picketing under aggravating circumstances (art. 200-1, part 3);".
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
