Ineffective portion of changes and additions to the Criminal Code of the RSFSR-federal law 13.06.96 N 64-FZ of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to the labour code of the Russian Federation, the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on labour protection, code of CRIMINAL PROCEDURE of the RSFSR on administrative offences and the Criminal Code of the RSFSR adopted by the State Duma on June 14, 1995 onwards (as amended by the Federal law of 17/07/99 N 181-FZ;
from out N 196-FZ; Code of the Russian Federation dated out N 197-FZ), Article 1. (Repealed-Code of Russian Federation from out N 197-FZ), Article 2. (Repealed-Federal Act of 17/07/99 N 181-FZ), Article 3. (Repealed-federal law out N 196-FZ), Article 4. To the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1960, no. 40, p. 591; 1982, no. 49, p. 1821; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 47, art. 2664; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1994, N 10, art. 1109) the following amendments and supplements: 1. The second part of article 30 supplemented by the following sentence: "the amount of the fine for a fundamental breach of the labour legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as for violation of the rules and norms of labour safety and industrial sanitation, causing accidents to people or other grave consequences, can be increased to 500 times the minimum wage."
2. In article 137, the words "up to one minimum monthly wage" were replaced by the words "up to fifty times the minimum wage."
3. Article 138 shall be amended as follows: "article 138. Violation of the labour legislation unfair dismissal of an employee from work, failure to comply with the Court's decision to restore it at work, delayed payment of wages, and any other material breach of the labour legislation of the Russian Federation, committed by an official of the enterprise, institution or organization, regardless of their form of ownership, shall be punishable by punitive deduction of earnings for up to one year or a fine of up to five hundred minimum wages, or dismissal with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to five years or without such. ".

Article 5. Before the adoption of the Federal law on State supervision and control over observance of labour legislation of the Russian Federation on the authority of the State Labour Inspectorate are determined by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 20, 1994 N 1504.
Article 6. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
