Install with August 1, 1995 onwards the minimum old-age pension with a total length of service equivalent to that giving entitlement to a full pension, amounting to 55000 rubles per month. Increase all pensions, calculated in accordance with the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR", 1.05 times based on the size of the pensions paid for July 1995 onwards.
If you increase the size of pensions in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article, compensation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation increases 39360 rubles to 50000 roubles.
Article 2. When pensions or their recalculation after August 1, 1995 year earnings received before August 1, 1995 year, indexed using the coefficients established for the relevant periods, including the coefficient provided for in article 1 hereof; earnings received after August 1, 1995 onwards are recorded without the application of these factors. Article 3. Expenditure in connection with increase of minimum pension and indexing pensions are financed from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation treaty obligations, the Government of the Russian Federation on debt compensation under article 46 of the Federal law on the federal budget for the year 1995 ", in the form of cash grants, as well as by monetary emission in view of the actual performance of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the federal budget for the year 1995.
Article 4. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
