RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 122 of the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR passed by the State Duma November 22, 1995 year approved by the Federation Council December 9, 1995 year Article 1. Amend article 122 of the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR" (records of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, no. 27, art. 351; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 5, art. 157), describing it as follows: "article 122. While pension pensioner in State or municipal institutions of social services for Pensioners regardless of the basis of the destination and type of pension, living in State or municipal institutions of social services, 25 per cent is paid to the appointed pensions.
If a pensioner living in State or municipal institutions of social services, has incapacitated family members, his dependents, pension is paid in the following order: one family member-a quarter pension to two family members-a third of the pension for three or more family members-half pension to the pensioner-25 per cent of the pension.
The difference between the amount assigned and paid in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article shall be sent to the pension in stationary State or municipal social service agencies where the pensioner. These funds are credited to the accounts of these institutions over the budget and are directed at strengthening their logistical base and improving conditions in the elderly and disabled in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Russian Federation. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
