RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On adding to Article 73 of the RSFSR Law "On State Pensions in the RSFSR" Adopted by the State Duma on 22 November 1995 Approved by the Federation Council on 9 December 1995 Article 1. Supplement article 73 of the RSFSR Law on State Pensions in the RSFSR (Vedomas of the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, sect. 351; 1992, N 5, sect. (179) Part three, reading: "For the period of children in institutions on full State care, the difference between the assigned and payable pension for children shall be transferred to the accounts of these institutions."
