Parents of soldiers, military service call (called by conscripted soldiers in accordance with the previous legislation), dead (dead) during his military service, or died as a result of military trauma after discharge from military service (except where the death of soldiers has come as a result of their unlawful actions) are entitled to a survivor's pension on reaching parents age 55 and 50 years (men and women) regardless of whether they were dependent on the deceased (dead) troops.
Article 2. Survivor's pension, as provided for by article 1 of this Act, each of the parents is set at the maximum amount at the level of the minimum old-age pension, with a total length of service equivalent to that giving entitlement to a full pension.
Article 3. Parents of soldiers referred to in article 1 of this law, shall be entitled to receive two pensions: old-age pension (disability, seniority, social pension), as well as the survivor's pension payable under the terms and regulations of this Act.
Article 4. Payment of survivor's pension assigned parents dead (dead) troops, call for military service, in accordance with the present law, shall be carried out at the expense of funds allocated to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation from the Republican budget of the Russian Federation.
Article 5. To enact this law from May 1, 1993 year.
Survivor's pension parents dead (dead) troops, call for military service, shall be appointed in accordance with this Act, with the terms specified in article 119 of the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR" (records of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, no. 27, p. 351), but no earlier than May 1, 1993 year.
