To establish maternity leave for 70 calendar days and 70 calendar days after childbirth. In the case of complications of childbirth, leave after delivery is granted for 86 calendar days, at the birth of two or more children for 110 calendar days. The maternity leave is calculated in total and granted to a woman, regardless of the number of days actually used before the birth.
Article 2. For the timely dispensation of pregnant women, which contributes to the prevention of complications during pregnancy and childbirth, introduce a lump sum of 50 per cent of the minimum wage (in addition to the benefit of the child) (b) Women who have become pregnant (up to the age of 12 weeks).
