Maternity leave is calculated cumulatively and shall be granted to a woman in full, regardless of the number of days actually taken prior to childbirth.
Article 2. For timely medical examinations for pregnant women, contributing to the prevention of complications of pregnancy and childbirth, to impose a lump sum in the amount of 50 per cent of the minimum wage (in addition to the maternity allowance) women who have registered at the clinic in the early stages of pregnancy (up to 12 weeks).
Article 3. This law will enter into force on April 1, 1992 year.
