Expired-the Federal law dated 25.10.2001 N 137-FZ z and c o n the Russian Federation concerning the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to receive in private ownership and to sell plots of land for conducting a personal part-time farm, gardening and country and individual housing construction Article 1. Transfer of land for conducting a personal part-time farm, gardening and country, individual housing construction, as well as individual houses and farm buildings in private ownership of citizens in cities, towns and rural areas are carried out in accordance with the land legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republics comprising the Russian Federation and the present law.
Grant to the citizens who have received land in private ownership for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, sell them to other citizens of the Russian Federation, irrespective of the timing of the acquisition of property rights on sold land within the rules of granting of lot lands.
Use the owner purchased a plot of land not for the intended purpose, unless otherwise provided by law, is not allowed.
Citizens at the time of the entry into force of this Act, land, larger than the limits in all cases retain the right of lifetime inheritable possession or use part of the land, exceeding the established limits. In doing so, grant the right to citizens to acquire a piece of land in private property at the agreed price for the local Council of people's deputies.
Article 2. Sale of land plot for the purposes set forth in article 1 of this law, shall be made by the owner themselves by agreement with the buyer either via the district (municipal) of the Committee on land resources and land management through the established order of the competition or auction.
Sales contract (Bill of sale) of the land plot is subject to notarization and registration in the appropriate Committee for land resources and land management.
