A to the Russian Federation On Amendments to Article 8 of the RSFSR Law "On State Pensions in the RSFSR" Article 1. Article 8 of the RSFSR Law on State Pensions in the RSFSR, Part 1 and Article 8 of the RSFSR Act (Vedomas of the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation) RSFSR, 1990, N 27, sect. 351; 1992, N 5, sect. 179; Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 17, Art. 895), as follows: " Financing the payment of pensions appointed in accordance with this Law shall be implemented by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation with insurance contributions from employers, citizens and appropriations from OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Insurance tariff of contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation is set for the first quarter of 1993: for employers-enterprises, institutions and organizations-28%; employers-collective farm employers; and enterprises engaged in the production of agricultural products-20.6 per cent of the wage assessed on all grounds, including contracts and assignments. Social organizations of disabled persons and pensioners, owned by these organizations, associations and institutions established for the purpose of fulfilling their statutory purposes are exempt from payment of contributions; (farmers) farms, lineage, family communities of the small peoples of the North, engaged in traditional economic sectors, citizens engaged in individual work activities (entrepreneurs who carry out their activities without legal entities), lawyers, private investigators and private individuals Security guards-5 per cent of their income; for employers-enterprises, institutions and organizations, paying for royalties, 26 per cent of the fee amount; Citizens employing employees in the private sector-28 per cent of the employees ' wages on all grounds.
