W a c o n RUSSIAN FEDERATION amending article 8 of the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR", article 1. Spell out the first and second part of article 8 of the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR" (records of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, no. 27, art. 351; 1992, N 5, art. 179; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 17, art. 895) as follows: "the financing of pensions, appointed in accordance with this law, shall be carried out by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the expense of the insurance contributions of employers, citizens and allocations from the national budget of the Russian Federation.
Insurance rate contributions into the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation shall be established in the first quarter of the year: 1993 for employers-of enterprises, institutions and organizations-at a rate of 28 per cent; employers-collective farms, State farms and enterprises engaged in agricultural production, equivalent to 20.6 per cent in relation to the wage accrued on all grounds, including the execution of contracts and orders. The following are exempt from payment of public organization of invalids and pensioners, owned these organizations businesses, associations and institutions for the implementation of their statutory objectives;
for peasant (individual) farms, generic, family communities of small indigenous minorities of the North, engaged in traditional industries, citizens of the self-employed (entrepreneurs, carrying out their activity without formation of legal entity), lawyers, private investigators and private security guards at a rate of 5 per cent of their income;
for employers-of enterprises, institutions and organizations, which pay royalties for work, at a rate of 26 per cent of the amount of the fee;
for citizens, employing employees in the personal sector, at a rate of 28 per cent against the gross wage for all workers. ".
