The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 426 of 31 August 1999, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , as amended and supplemented, shall be amended and supplemented as follows: 1. In Article 1, letter f) shall read as follows: "f) is the husband or wife of the person assassinated or executed for ethnic reasons or following the massacres directed against the minority population, if he has subsequently not remarried;" 2. In Article 1, after letter f), a new letter, letter g) is inserted, with the following contents: "" g) was evicted from the home he owned. " 3. in Article 2, after paragraph 3, a new paragraph (4) is inserted, with the following contents: " (4) Persons who were in the situation provided for in art. 1 lit. g) are entitled to a monthly allowance in the same amount as the allowance granted to the persons referred to in art. 1 lit. d) and e). " 4. In Article 7, paragraph 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 7. -(1) The establishment and payment of the rights provided for in this ordinance shall be made by the county pension house or, as the case may be, by the Pension House of Bucharest. To establish the situations provided in art. 1 is established, within each county pension house, a commission made up of the president and 3 members. The president must be a jurist. In making decisions on the establishment of the rights provided for by law, the commission requests the opinion of the organizations of national legal minorities The Commission shall work in the presence of two thirds of the total number of persons who make it up and shall adopt decisions with the consent of the majority 5. In Article 7, after paragraph (1), two new paragraphs are inserted, paragraphs 1 ^ 1 and 1 ^ 2, with the following contents: " (1 ^ 1) At the level of the Pension House of Bucharest, the commission provided in par. (1) consists of the President and 10 members. ((1 ^ 2) The opinion of the national minority organisations will be issued within 30 days of the request. " 6. Article 9 shall read as follows: "" Art. 9. -Members of the commission established on the basis of art. 7 are granted a monthly allowance of 500,000 lei. The payment of allowances for the members of the commission shall be made by the county pension house or, as the case may be, by the Pension House of the city of Bucharest from the state budget and shall cease within 60 days from the expiry of the deadline for submitting applications. + Article II The date of entry into force of this Law shall be amended art. II of Law no. 586/2002 for amendment art. 1 lit. c) of Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 808 of 7 November 2002 in the sense that the applications provided for in art. 7 7 para. (2) of Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 ,, as approved and amended by Law no. 189/2000 , as amended, shall be submitted by 31 December 2006. + Article III Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 426 of August 31, 1999, with subsequent amendments and completions, including those brought by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, giving the texts a new numbering. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
