LEGE no. 307 307 of 3 December 2015 on the ratification of the fourth Additional Protocol, signed in Chisinau on 27 August 2015, between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic the technical and financial assistance program based on a non-reimbursable financial aid of 100 million euros granted by Romania to the Republic of Moldova, signed in Bucharest on 27 April 2010, as amended by the three additional protocols, as well as for the ratification of the fifth Additional Protocol, signed at Bucharest on September 23, 2015 and in Chisinau on September 24, 2015, between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova financial aid based on a non-reimbursable financial aid of 100 million euros granted by Romania to the Republic of Moldova, signed in Bucharest on 27 April 2010, as amended by the four additional protocols

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 The fourth Additional Protocol between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, signed in Chisinau on August 27, 2015, is ratified at the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova technical and financial aid based on a non-reimbursable financial aid of 100 million euros granted by Romania to the Republic of Moldova, signed in Bucharest on 27 April 2010, ratified by Law no. 12/2011 ,, as amended by the three additional protocols. + Article 2 The fifth Additional Protocol between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, signed in Bucharest on September 23, 2015 and in Chisinau on September 24, 2015, is ratified at the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of implementation of the technical and financial assistance program based on a non-reimbursable financial aid of 100 million euros granted by Romania to the Republic of Moldova, signed in Bucharest on 27 April 2010, ratified by Law no. 12/2011 ,, as amended by the four additional protocols. + Article 3 (1) The acceptance regarding the financing of the proposed projects will be granted by the Romanian national coordination authority. (2) The financial allocation will be made on the basis of the list of projects provided for by the annual cooperation programmes agreed between the national coordination authorities of Romania and the Republic of Moldova. ((3) The amounts necessary for the implementation of the agreed projects shall be allocated by transfers from the budget of the central public authority of Romania, which is the national coordination authority, to the budget of the central public authority of national coordination authority. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
