The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I La Article 1 of Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 426 of 31 August 1999, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , with subsequent amendments and completions, after paragraph 1, a new paragraph (2) is inserted, with the following contents: " (2) The same rights shall benefit, upon request, persons who have their domicile on the territory of the Romanian state or on the Romanian territories occupied by other states, regardless of whether the locality in which they were refugees, expelled or The displaced are under Romanian administration or under the administration of those states, whose previous requests have been resolved by rejection decisions of the commission provided for in art. 7 7 para. ((1) and para. ((1 ^ 1). ' + Article II Persons entitled according to the provisions art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. c) of Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, approved with amendments and completions by Law no. 189/2000 , with subsequent amendments and completions, to which until the date of entry into force of this law were rejected their actions by final and irrevocable court decisions may introduce new applications to the county pension houses or, as the case may be, Pension House of Bucharest Municipality. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions art. 75 and ale art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished .
