The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 The International Convention on the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations by Resolution no. A/RES/59/290/2005 and signed by Romania in New York on 14 September 2005. + Article 2 The following declaration shall be made on the occasion of the deposit of the instrument "" Based on art. 9 9 para. 3 of the Convention, Romania declares that it establishes its jurisdiction for the crimes provided for in art. 2, in all cases provided by art. 9 9 para. 1 1 and 2, in accordance with the applicable provisions of national law. ' This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
