The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 85 85 of 28 October 2004 on the amendment art. 15 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 18/2004 for the completion of the sale of packages of shares of the Romanian Commercial Bank-S.A. to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Financial Corporation, as well as to the Association of Employees of the Romanian Commercial Bank- S.A., published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 1.005 1.005 of 1 November 2004. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
