The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Law no. 16/2000 on the establishment, organization and functioning of the National Council of Elderly People, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 104 of 9 March 2000, as amended and supplemented, shall be amended and supplemented as follows: 1. in Article 14, after point b), the following point (c) is inserted: " c) President. ' 2. In Article 18, paragraph 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 18. -(1) The permanent commission of the National Council of Elderly is made up of the president, 2 vice presidents and 10 members. The president of the National Council of Elderly is also the chairman of the permanent commission. 3. In Article 21, paragraph 1 shall read as follows: "" Art. 21. -(1) In the structure of the National Council of Elderly People operates a technical secretariat, which is the specialized and technical-administrative working apparatus, consisting of 12 persons. " 4. In Article 23, paragraph 3 shall read as follows: " (3) The management of the county councils of the elderly, respectively of the city of Bucharest, is provided by the president and the vice-president and is carried out through the voluntary contribution The presidents of the county councils of the elderly, respectively of the city of Bucharest, benefit, on a quarterly basis, from an allowance at the level of the minimum gross basic salary per country guaranteed in payment, and the Vice-Presidents, % of it. ' 5. Article 24 shall read as follows: "" Art 24. -(1) For the central settlement of the issues of the elderly, within the own apparatus of the Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family will be designated the persons who will ensure the permanent collaboration with the Council National of the Elderly. (2) For the local settlement of the issues of elderly persons, within each direction for dialogue, family and county social solidarity, respectively of the city of Bucharest, is designated the person who ensures the collaboration permanent with the county councils of the elderly, respectively of the Bucharest municipality. " 6. Article 25 shall read as follows: "" Art. 25. -(1) The financing of current and capital expenditures of the National Council of Elderly Persons and of the county councils of the elderly, respectively of the city of Bucharest, shall be provided from donations, sponsorships, other activities nonprofit, made under the law, as well as from transfers from the state budget that are provided in the budget of the Ministry of Labor, Social Solidarity and Family. (2) The funds allocated from the state budget are intended for the following categories of expenditure: a) personnel expenses related to the 12 posts of the Technical Secretariat of the National Council of Elderly People. The salary of these posts is carried out at the level provided by the legal provisions for the apparatus of ministries, and the position of secretary of the National Council of Elderly is salarized at the level of the general manager in the ministries; b) expenses with allowances of the President of the National Council of Elderly Persons, members of the standing committee, as well as of the presidents and vice-presidents of the county councils of the elderly and of the city of Bucharest; c) transport, daytime and accommodation expenses for the members of the National Council of Elderly Persons and of the county councils of the elderly, respectively of the city of Bucharest, in the amounts established by the legal provisions; d) material expenses and services for the National Council of Elderly Persons, the county councils of the elderly and, respectively, of the city of Bucharest; e) capital expenditures related to the endowment of the National Council of Elderly Persons, the county councils of the elderly and the city of Bucharest, respectively. (3) The National Council of Elderly Persons shall settle the expenses provided in par. ((2) lit. c)-e), carried out by the county councils of the elderly, respectively of the city of Bucharest, based on the supporting documents, according to the law, presented by them, elaborated in the methodological coordination of the directions for dialogue, family and county social solidarity, respectively of the city of Bucharest. (4) The chairpersons of the county councils of the elderly, respectively of the city of Bucharest, are responsible for the way of carrying out the expenses provided in ((2) lit. c)-e). " + Article II Law no. 16/2000 on the establishment, organization and functioning of the National Council of Elderly People, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 104 of March 9, 2000, with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as with those brought by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, giving the texts a new numbering. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
