Law No. 374 of 11 June 2002 approving Government Emergency Ordinance nr. 90/2000 for the modification and completion of the Health Law No. 60/1974 PARLIAMENT published in ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE nr. 483 of 5 July 2002 the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


Article 1 shall approve the Emergency Ordinance of Government No. 90 of 29 June 2000 on the modification and completion of the Health Law No. 60/1974, and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 310 of 5 July 2000, with the following amendments and supplements: 1. In article I, paragraph 1, point b) is repealed.
2. In article I, section 4 shall read as follows: "4. In article 31, paragraph 5 shall read as follows: lt; Lt; In the action for the monitoring of animal health and veterinary public health sanitary State authority issuing authorisation: the health of operation of objectives and tasks, under the conditions laid down by order of the Minister of agriculture, food and forestry, veterinary and sanitary permits for transportation, veterinary opinions of import, export, transit, construction, design and location of the health objectives under scrutiny veterinary certificates for animal transport, animal products, animal feed and other products subject to health control, and health certificates for exports of animal and health certificates for exports of products, edible and non-edible by-products of animal, certificates for registration and re-registration of drugs, biological products and veterinary products, certified empowerment and health agreements to import. GT; gt; "
3. In article I, paragraph 4 shall be inserted after point 4 ^ 1 with the following content: "4 ^ 1. In article 31, paragraph 5 shall be inserted after paragraph 5 ^ 1 with the following content: lt; Lt; Authorization for veterinary health objectives, activities and means of transportation subject to health control as provided for in this law shall be issued by county health departments, and the municipality of Bucharest, and, where appropriate, by the National Sanitary Veterinary Agency in accordance with the legal provisions in force. 4. In article I, section 6 is repealed.
5. Article V shall be repealed.

7. Annex 4. 6 is repealed.


Article 2 the Emergency Ordinance the name Ministry of agriculture and food is replaced with the name of the Ministry of agriculture, Food and forestry.
