The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 71 71 of 24 August 2000 for the approval of the extension and completion of the stand-by credit arrangement between Romania and the International Monetary Fund, concluded in Washington on August 5, 1999, approved in Washington on June 7, 2000, as well as the Memorandum of the Government of Romania on economic policies and the Supplement to this Memorandum, both agreed with the International Monetary Fund, adopted pursuant to art. 1 lit. A section 22 22 of Law no. 125/2000 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 422 422 of 1 September 2000. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of October 22, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
