The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 34 of 1 April 1999 for amendment Government Ordinance no. 18/1996 on the employment of government loans through the issuance of government securities in foreign currency on the domestic market, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 138 138 of 2 April 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 4 November 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of March 13, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
