The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 30 30 of 29 January 1999 to amend and supplement Law no. 146/1997 on stamp court fees and Government Ordinance no. 12/1998 on stamp duties for notarial activity, issued pursuant to art. 1 1 section 2 lit. l) of Law no. 259/1998 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 43 43 of 29 January 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 30, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
