The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 280 280 of 20 December 2000 for amendment of Annex no. 3/11 3/11 to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 260/2000 on the rectification of the state budget for 2000, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 683 683 of 20 December 2000. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate in the joint meeting of March 7, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
