The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 181 181 of 11 November 1999 for amendment art. 2 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 77/1999 on certain measures for the prevention of payment incapacity, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 555 555 of 15 November 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of October 4, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 27, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
