The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 290 290 of 29 December 2000 on the amendment art. IX of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 138/2000 to amend and supplement the Code of Civil Procedure and to repeal Government Ordinance no. 13/1998 on the modification and completion of the Code of Civil Procedure, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 706 706 of 29 December 2000. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting of 16 January 2001, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of February 15, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
