The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Rejected Government Emergency Ordinance no. 3 3 of 1 February 1999 for completion of para. ((1) art. 14 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 88/1997 on the privatization of companies, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 50 50 of 3 February 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of December 7, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
