The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 56 56 of 24 August 1999 for ratification Convention no. 147/1976 on minimum standards on board commercial vessels and the 1996 Protocol to that Convention, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. C section 2 2 of Law no. 140/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 408 408 of 26 August 1999. This law was passed by the Senate at the meeting of February 14, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of February 6, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
