The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 19 19 of 27 January 2000 on the ratification of the Financing Contract between Romania, the European Investment Bank and the Bucharest Autonomous Transport Regia for the financing of the Urban Transport Rehabilitation Project in Bucharest, signed in Luxembourg on 16 November 1999 and in Bucharest on 19 November 1999, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. A section 2 2 of Law no. 206/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 38 of 29 January 2000, with the following amendment: -Article 4 is repealed. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of June 19, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
